Like any good practitioner, I realized I needed to do some research and try out a few cleanse and detox programs on my own.

Let's just say that I completely failed each and every detox I tried when I first started, whether it was a juice cleanse, an Ayurvedic program that left my husband refusing to eat Indian food for 2 years, or the 7-day vegan cleanse where I accidentally ate an entire bag of tortilla chips (family sized!) because I was just. so. hungry.

What I realized is that most detoxes are way too hard, and aren't set up to help us succeed.

That's why I created the 5-Day Detox for Beginners.
