The Health Rule I Tend to Break

As a health coach, a lot of people think I have this “healthy living” thing all figured out. Yes, it’s true that I don’t eat much sugar and I avoid gluten completely, but that doesn’t mean that I don’t sometimes struggle.

Like so many others, I can get overwhelmed. I run a business, I have a family, as well as many other responsibilities, so there are times when I have to bend – or even break – my healthy living rules.
