Banana Chia Oatmeal
  1. Combine oats, water, banana, chia seeds and coconut flakes in a small pot and bring to a boil. Lower heat and stir occasionally for 5-10 minutes or until oats are fully cooked.
  2. Top with sliced almonds, pomegranate seeds, honey and almond or coconut milk and serve for a superfoods packed breakfast.
