Ingredients
- 2/3 C rolled oats
- 1 ½ C water
- 1 banana thinly sliced
- 1 TB chia seeds
- 1 TB unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 TB sliced raw almonds
- ½ C pomegranate seeds
- Almond or coconut milk to serve optional
- ¼ tsp raw honey optional

Instructions
- Combine oats, water, banana, chia seeds and coconut flakes in a small pot and bring to a boil. Lower heat and stir occasionally for 5-10 minutes or until oats are fully cooked.
- Top with sliced almonds, pomegranate seeds, honey and almond or coconut milk and serve for a superfoods packed breakfast.
